Antibacterial and Antimetastatic Potential of Diospyros lycioides Extract on Cervical Cancer Cells and Associated Pathogens

Anti-invasive potential of the acetone extract of D. lycioides on HeLa cell invasion. HeLa cells were treated with 0, 150, and 300 μg/mL for 6 and 24 h. Curcumin (7.4 μg/mL) was used as the positive control. Cells that penetrated through the matrigel membrane to the lower surface were stained with crystal violet and photographed with a phase-contrast microscope at 10x magnification.
