α-Mangostin-induced translocation of cytochrome c from mitochondria into the cytosolic fraction in OSCC cells. Cells were incubated with 8 μM α-mangostin for 24 h before being stained with MitoTracker (red), cytochrome c (green), and DAPI (blue) to visualize mitochondria, cytochrome c, and nuclei, respectively. Images were acquired by confocal microscopy.
