Relative quantity (RQ) of iNOS mRNA expression in RAW 264.7 cells. The experiment was conducted to examine whether addition of palmatine would change the iNOS mRNA expression in RAW 264.7 cells. After culture for 2 h, RAW 264.7 cells were collected and used for the measurement of iNOS mRNA expression by RT-PCR. Asterisks indicate statistically significant differences ( < 0.05, < 0.01).
