Hd-Sb reduce the activation of Akt pathway and the expression of antiapoptotic proteins. 5637 (a) and T24 (b) were treated with different concentration of Hd-Sb for 48 h and the proteins phosphorylated Akt, Akt, Mcl-2, Bcl-2, activated caspase-3, and β-actin were detected by Western blot.
