Effects of SMT on TNF-α induced intracellular ROS production in HUVECs. Cells were treated with TNF-α (50 ng/mL) for 6 hours in the absence or pretreatment of SMT (10, 30, and 50 μg/mL) for 30 min and then treated with H2DCFDA.
