MC and VC groups showed disordered and scattered collagen fiber bundles. (b) Elastic fibers of mice skin via Masson’s trichromatic dyeing (all photographs were magnified at 400x). NC and SC group exhibited abundant organized elastic fibers; MC and VC groups showed ruined and fractured elastic fibers.
