Hepatoprotective effects of GK against NaAsO₂-induced toxicity in HepG2 cells. (a) Cytotoxicity and (b) cell viability were determined by MTT assay and (c) observation of HepG2 cell morphology. Cells were pretreated with different concentration of GK for 1 h, followed by cotreatment with 10 μM NaAsO₂ for 24 h. when compared with the control and when compared with NaAsO₂ treated. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM from triplicate experiments.
