GK extract suppressed the release of intracellular ROS and LDH in HepG2 cells. (a) ROS and (b) LDH levels were measured. Cells were pretreated with different concentration of GK for 1 h, followed by cotreatment with 10 μM NaAsO₂ for 24 h. when compared with the control and when compared with NaAsO₂ treated. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM from triplicate experiments.
