Effects of GK on serum biochemical parameters in experimental mice. Both ALT and AST were increased in NaAsO₂ (10 mg/kg) intoxicated mice. Cotreatment with GK (20 mg/kg) significantly decreased the serum ALT and AST level. when compared with the control and when compared with NaAsO₂ treated. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM.
