Immunoblotting analysis of MAPK (pERK, pJNK, and pp38) in liver tissue. Relative band intensity was measured as compared with β-actin. In NaAsO₂ (10 mg/kg) treated mice, phosphorylation of ERK, JNK, and p38 was significantly upregulated while cotreatment with GK (20 mg/kg) markedly downregulated the expression level. when compared with the control and when compared with NaAsO₂ treated.
