In NaAsO₂ (10 mg/kg) treated mice, protein expression level of Bax and cleaved caspase-3 was significantly upregulated, and Bcl-2 was downregulated while cotreatment with GK (20 mg/kg) markedly downregulated expression level of Bax and cleaved caspase-3 and upregulated Bcl-2 expression. when compared with the control and when compared with NaAsO2 treated.
