Astilbin from<i> Smilax glabra</i> Roxb. Attenuates Inflammatory Responses in Complete Freund’s Adjuvant-Induced Arthritis Rats

<div><i>Astilbin (GZ-SGR) negatively regulated TLRs-mediated NF-<i>κ</i>B signaling.</i> Representative immunoblots and quantitative analysis showed a significant increase protein levels of (a) MyD88, (b) p65, and (c) IKK<i>β</i> in CFA-induced AA rats, while astilbin treatment alleviated the increase.
