Effect of SMT on TNF-α stimulated SMCs migration. Cells were treated with TNF-α (10 ng/ml) for 24 h in the absence or pretreatment of SMT (10, 30, and 50 μg/ml) for 30 min. Microscopic photographs of all groups were captured with same magnification (40x) and scale bar indicates 500 μm.
