Compound C inhibited DCE-induced GLUT4 translocation. (a) The AMPK signaling pathway inhibitor compound C treated L6 cell (10 μM for 30 minutes) significantly inhibited the GLUT4 translocation induced by 30 μg/mL DCE. P < 0.01 and P < 0.001. (b) The PI3K/Akt signaling pathway inhibitor Wortmannin treated L6 cell (100 nM for 30 minutes) had no effect on 30 μg/mL DCE-induced GLUT4 translocation. (c) The PKC signaling pathway inhibitor Gö6983 treated L6 cell (10 μM for 30 minutes) had no effect on 30 μg/mL DCE-induced GLUT4 translocation.
