DCE increased the phosphorylation of AMPK in L6 cells. (a) The AMPK signaling pathway inhibitor compound C remarkably attenuated DCE-induced GLUT4 protein expression, but the inhibitory effects of Wortmannin and Gö6983 were less obvious.
