Autumn Royal and Ribier Grape Juice Extracts Reduced Viability and Metastatic Potential of Colon Cancer Cells

Effects of GJE on MMP-2 and MMP-9 gene expression in colon cancer cells. HT-29 and SW-480 colon cancer cells were treated with GJE for 24 h; MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA levels were analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR. Results are expressed as the percentage of expression versus control condition.
