Green Tea Seed Isolated Saponins Exerts Antibacterial Effects against Various Strains of Gram Positive and Gram Negative Bacteria, a Comprehensive Study<i> In Vitro</i> and<i> In Vivo</i>

<div>Antibacterial activities of saponin fraction Fr3 against<i> E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, </i>and five serotypes of<i> Salmonella enterica</i>. The antibacterial activities were determined by allowing the bacteria to grow in the presence of various concentrations of saponin mixture using 96-well microtiter plate and then checking OD<sub>660</sub> with spectrophotometer. Data are expressed as means of experiments in triplicate ± SEM. Data are statistically significant at P &lt; 0.05.</div>
