In panels (b), (c), and (d), the white arrows indicate the Bismuth accumulation in the kidney compared to the control group (a); bismuth accumulation in the CBS group (d) was higher compared to the Wei Bi Mei (b) and bismuth aluminate (c) groups, respectively. The accumulation of bismuth was the lowest in the Wei Bi Mei group (b).
