(a) Serum corticosterone (CORT), (b) adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), and (c) corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) evaluated at the end of the experiment using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ELISA was performed according to the kit manufacturer’s protocol. Data are mean ± standard deviation (SD) of 10 rats per group. < 0.01 and < 0.05 versus control group; < 0.01 and < 0.05 versus HYD group; and < 0.01 and < 0.05 versus HYD + OVA group.
