Cells were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) in the absence or presence of various concentrations of STE (10, 100, 200, or 300 μg/mL) for 24 h. Intracellular ROS levels were determined by measuring DCF fluorescence intensities. Statistical significances were determined versus vehicle-treated control group ( < 0.001), or LPS-treated group ( < 0.001).
