Vascular Protection by Ethanol Extract of<i> Morus alba</i> Root Bark: Endothelium-Dependent Relaxation of Rat Aorta and Decrease of Smooth Muscle Cell Migration and Proliferation

<div>Inhibitory effect of concentration-relaxation curve on the phenylephrine-induced contraction with inhibitors L-NA 10<i>μ</i>M (a), ODQ 10<i>μ</i>M (a), TEA 1mM (b), and indomethacin 10<i>μ</i>M (c) preincubated 30 minutes prior to phenylephrine. The relaxation response is expressed as the percentage relaxation of the phenylephrine-induced contraction (100% represent complete relaxation).
