Effect of Gamisoyo-San (GSS) on muscle inflammation in mice. GSS reduces inflammatory protein levels in the gastrocnemius (GA) muscle of mice. Equal amounts of muscle lysates from mice in non-Tg, Tg, and GSS-treated Tg groups (n= 4/group) were subjected to western blot analysis for (a) CD11b, (b) TLR4, or (c) BAX. Data represent the means ± SEM. Statistical significance was calculated by ANOVA, p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001.
