Compound Phyllanthus urinaria L Inhibits HBV-Related HCC through HBx-SHH Pathway Axis Inactivation
Figure 5
CP decreased the proteins expressions of HBx, SHH, PTCH-1, and GLI-1 in HepG2-HBx cells. HepG2-HBx cells were treated with CP (70μg/ml; 35 μg/ml, respectively) and cyclopamine (70μM) for 48 h. Then the proteins expressions were measured by Western bloat. The related protein expressions were standard by GAPDH. < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-NC; ##P < 0.01 and ###P < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-HBx.
