CP could inhibit tumors growth in vivo. We transplanted the HepG2-NC cells and HepG2-HBx cells into Babl/c nude mice, respectively. Body weights (a) and tumor volume (b, e) were measured at the indicated times. We measured the tumor/weight (%) (c) and tumor inhibition rate (%) (d) at the end of experiment. < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-NC; #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01, and ###P < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-HBx.
