The effect of compound 3 on LPS-induced iNOS and COX-2 protein expression in BV2 microglial cells. Cells were pretreated with/without the indicated concentrations of compound 3 for 3 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. The levels of iNOS and COX-2 were determined by Western blot analysis. The experiment was repeated three times, and similar results were obtained.
