Cytotoxicities of Kampo drugs. MDCK(+) cells were incubated in DMEMs supplemented with the designated concentrations of a Kampo drug for 24 h. LDH values in the media were then measured to evaluate cytotoxicity. The LDH value from detergent-treated cells was set at 100%, and relative concentrations are shown in the graph. (a) Maoto.
