Yiqihuoxue Formula Activates Autophagy and Offers Renoprotection in a Rat Model of Adenine-Induced Kidney Disease

<div>YQHX treatment attenuated renal apoptosis in the adenine rats. (a) Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect renal apoptosis. The level of apoptosis of the kidney was calculated from the ratio of apoptotic cells to the total renal cells. The YQHX treatment reduced renal apoptosis in the adenine group. The number of rats per group was 5, and 10 pictures were taken from each rat. Scale bar: 20 <i>μ</i>m.
