<p>Inhibition of cell proliferation was measured using CCK-8 assay in SK-Hep1, Hep-3B, and L-02 cells treated with ASP at the concentrations of 30, 20, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, and 0 mg/ml for 24 h. Data were graphed using GraphPad Prism 5.02.</p>
