Effect of MFSCC on RAW264.7 cell viability. RAW264.7 macrophage cells were pretreated for 1 h with LPS (1 μg/mL) followed by the treatment with MFSCC at the indicated concentration (0.1 to 3 μg/mL) for 24 h. The viability of RAW264.7 cells in the (a) absence or (b) presence of LPS was assayed using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT).
