TTK inhibited immobility time in forced swimming test (FST). Ovariectomized rats (8-wks-old) were fed AIN-76A modified diet (supplemented with 0.5%, 1%, and 2% TTK extract) for 8 weeks. At 5 days before sacrifice, the mean of immobility time was measured as time spent floating by the rat without any actions in water. All values represent means ± SD and ^ap<0.05 versus vehicle group; ^bp<0.05 versus 0.5% TTK group.
