Involvement of Interleukin-10 in Analgesia of Electroacupuncture on Incision Pain

Exogenous IL-10 mimicked the analgesic effect of EA. (a) The mechanical allodynia was relieved by IL-10 recombinant protein (1 µg/10 µL) intrathecally injected 1 h before incision (, vs. vehicle).
