Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the OFI seed oil against microorganisms. The tested oil had antibacterial activities against Enterobacter cloacae, anti-yeast effects against Candida parapsilosis and Candida sake, and antifungal activity by reducing growth of three fungal pathogens Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Fusarium.
