Baicalein regulated Src/Id1 signaling pathway. A549 cells were treated with baicalein (10 μM) for 0 h, 12 h, 24 h, or 36 h and western blot was performed to determine expressions of p-Src (Tyr416), Id1, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, vimentin, and VEGF-A. Data was shown as mean ± SEM, P<0.05; P<0.01.
