Effect of HPC03 on cell viability and FFA-induced lipid accumulation in HepG2 cells. (a) Cells were treated with HPC03 and subsequently incubated for 24 h. Cell viability was assessed as described in Materials and Methods. (b) FFA-induced lipid accumulation was significantly inhibited by HPC03.
