Ginsenoside Rg1 Alleviates Podocyte EMT Passage by Regulating AKT/GSK3 <i>β</i>/<i>β</i>-Catenin Pathway by Restoring Autophagic Activity

<div>Effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on autophagy activity in SD rats: (a) western blotting results showed that ginsenoside Rg1 treatment increased the expression of beclin-1 and LC3-II in renal tissues compared to the untreated SD rats; (b–d) mean density of LC3-II, beclin-1, and p62; (e–g) RT-PCR analysis of LC3-II, beclin-1, and p62.
