The influence of paclitaxel and verbascoside on the expression of Cdk6, AP-1, and MYC. Cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of paclitaxel (3.83 μg/mL) and verbascoside (0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 μM) for 48 h; the cells were collected for western blotting as described in Materials and Methods. The results from 3 independent measurements are shown as the means ± SEM. and compared to the control.
