Time-dependent changes in the maximum fluorescence intensity of HSYA under different light and temperature conditions. The yellow, blue, and purple columns indicate samples stored in the dark at 4°C, in natural light at 25°C, and in the dark at 25°C, respectively. All spectra were measured in PBS ( = 10 mM, pH = 7) solution containing 4 mM borax, with excitation at 450 nm.
