ATEO suppressed ROS production in H2O2-stressed PC12 cells. (a) PC12 cells were exposed to H2O2 (0–600 μM) for 1 h The level of intracellular ROS was measured. (b) PC12 cells were pre-treated with ATEO (1.5, 5 and 15 μg/mL) for 48 h and then exposed to H2O2 (400 μM) for 1 h. ZLN005 (2 μM) was used as a positive control.
