Study of MPSE treatment induced ROS generation and mitochondrial dysfunction in normal mammary epithelial MCF-10A cells. (a) Cells were treated with MPSE (0, 30, 60, 120 μg/mL) for 24 h, and generation of intracellular ROS was measured by DCHF-DA assay. (b) The column graph represents the quantification of cells observed with green and red fluorescence (expressed in percentages). Cells were treated with MPSE (0, 15, 30, 60, 120 μg/mL) for 24 h.
