An <i>In Vitro</i> Verification of the Effects of Paeoniflorin on Lipopolysaccharide-Exposed Microglia

<div>Changes in the mRNA expression of cytokines induced by the administration of PF to LPS-exposed microglia. Exposure to LPS significantly upregulated the mRNA expression of all cytokines. Administration of PF significantly downregulated the expression of TNF-<i>α</i> (a), IL-1<i>β</i> (b), and IL-6 (c) but upregulated the expression of IL-10 (d).
