Antiaging Activity of Peptide Identified from Fermented <i>Trapa Japonica</i> Fruit Extract in Human Dermal Fibroblasts

<div>Effects of TJE, FTJ, and PEP on TNF-<i>α</i>-induced MMP-1 and MMP-9 mRNA levels in HDFs. Cells were pretreated with TJE, FTJ, and PEP at a concentration of 1 <i>μ</i>g/mL for 1 h and then stimulated with 20 ng/mL TNF-<i>α</i> for 24 h. The mRNA expression levels of MMP-1 and MMP-9 were measured using RT-PCR.
