In vitro wound-healing assay of HaCaT. A wound-healing assay was performed to observe the effects of TJE, FTJ, and PEP treatment on HaCaT wound recovery. Cell monolayers were scratched and treated with TJE, FTJ, and PEP (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. Cell migration into the wound was examined via light microscopy.
