Herbal Medication, Macmoondong Decoction, Attenuates LPS-Induced COPD in Small Airways via TGF-<i>β</i>, CCL-2, and CXCL1

<div>Macmoondong decoction exerted the dose-dependent suppression of the WBC population and significantly inhibited neutrophil proliferation in the LPS-induced intranasal instillation model of COPD. (a) Macmoondong decoction dose-dependently inhibited the WBC population in BALF. (b) Neutrophil proliferation was significantly suppressed by macmoondong decoction treatment in a dose-dependent manner.
