Cytotoxic effects of BHD, mBHD-1, and mBHD-2 on murine macrophage RAW264.7 cells. Cells were treated with 10, 100, 1,000, 2,500, or 5,000 μg/mL of BHD (a), mBHD-1 (b), or mBHD-2 (c), and their cytotoxicity was detected using the MTT assay. Statistical differences were analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. Error bars indicate SEM. NS, not significant.
