Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction

<div>Effects of BHD, mBHD-1, and mBHD-2 on the activation of the JNK, p38, and ERK1/2 pathways in LPS-exposed RAW264.7 cells. Cells were pretreated with 1, 2.5, or 5 mg/mL of each drug for 1 h and then were stimulated with LPS for 30 min. The expression of target factors was detected in total protein using western blotting (a). Protein expression of p-JNK was most markedly inhibited by mBHD-1 and mBHD-2 (b).
