Traditional Chinese Medicine Containing Arsenic Treated MDS Patients Effectively through Regulating Aberrant Hypomethylation

<div>CM treatment increased the protein expression of DNA methyltransferase 1 in 5 MDS patients after treatment. (a) Five MDS patients were treated with CM for 6 months, and Western blotting was used to evaluate changes in the protein levels of DNMT1, DNMT3a, and DNMT3b.
