Zhuang-Gu-Fang Treats Osteoporosis in Ovariectomized Rats by Increasing the Osteogenesis-Related Factors Leptin, Ghrelin, and PYY

<div>Zhuang-Gu-Fang enhanced the expression of osteogenesis- and osteanagenesis-related factors in ovariectomized rats. (a) Tibia protein samples were prepared and Western blot analyses were performed using Ghrelin, Leptin, and Tubulin antibodies in each rat group after ovariectomized. (b) and (c) Statistical graphs show the relative protein level of Leptin and Ghrelin normalized to Tubulin. (d) and (e) The tibia bone RNA was analyzed by RT-PCR in each group after 3 months of senescence treatment. Bar graphs highlight the mRNA level of Leptin and Ghrelin normalized to 18 S.
