Sesamin Promotes Neurite Outgrowth under Insufficient Nerve Growth Factor Condition in PC12 Cells through ERK1/2 Pathway and SIRT1 Modulation

<div>Dose-dependent effect of sesamin on morphological differentiation and neurite length by NGF stimulation. The PC12 cells enhanced the differentiation with NGF at 20 ng/ml and cotreated with/or without sesamin at various concentrations (1, 5, and 10 <i>μ</i>M) for 72 h.
