Inhibitory Effects of <i>Inonotus obliquus</i> Polysaccharide on Inflammatory Response in <i>Toxoplasma gondii-</i>Infected RAW264.7 Macrophages

<div>Effects of IOP on the mRNA expression of inflammatory cytokines (a) and chemokines (b) in RAW264.7 macrophages infected with <i>T. gondii</i>. RAW264.7 macrophages were infected with <i>T. gondii</i> and treated with IOP or SD; the mRNA expression of inflammatory cytokine TNF-<i>α</i>, IFN-<i>γ</i>, IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-4, IL-6, and chemokine MIP-1, MCP-1 was determined by RT-PCR assay.
