<div>Effects of IOP on TLR2 and TLR4 protein expression in RAW264.7 macrophages infected with <i>T. gondii</i>. RAW264.7 macrophages were infected with <i>T. gondii</i> and treated with IOP or SD; the protein expression of TLR2 and TLR4 was determined by Western blot analysis.
